Had a great time with friends! We visited QC Termemilano for some relaxation and hit up Acquatica Park for fun. The staff was super friendly and the location was perfect for exploring. Just keep in mind that breakfast can get a bit crowded at times.

One downside was the difficulty we had with WiFi. it just didn’t connect well throughout our stay.

Breakfast lady was polite and the first day's breakfast was perfect, fresh berries, good coffee, amazing bakery. The reception area was clean and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Breakfast offered a good variety, with delicious scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. One downside was noise from the street outside, which interrupted the tranquility at times, and the room felt a bit small for a deluxe option. Overall, an excellent place to stay with a fantastic focus on customer service.

The hotel was a great base for our family, with easy access to local attractions like the Duomo and the Castle. My kids loved the nearby Acquatica Park, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.

The young man working there barely acknowledged us, and it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. Additionally, we experienced slow service during breakfast, and on top of that, our room was not what we requested, which added to our frustration.

Comfortable room, convenient location, the hotel is very close to multiple metro stops which made it easy for me to explore the city and get to my meetings, and I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and lounge area.

My recent stay offered me an amazing experience just a short walk from duomo di milano and the beautiful sempione park, making it easy to enjoy the sights of milan while exploring on foot. the staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast selection was a nice bonus for my busy mornings. also, while the room was cozy, it felt a little tight for my liking.

The Deluxe Double room was cozy and modern, with a comfy bed and nice decor. The space felt well-designed despite being a bit tight for our luggage. Shower was fantastic, great pressure and temperature. The electric fireplace was a cute touch, but it didn’t work well. Overall, it had some cool features, but the bed was on the firmer side for my taste.
